Libsyn, a prominent podcast hosting platform, has announced a remarkable 48% surge in its podcast advertising revenue for the past year. This significant financial growth is accompanied by a 17% increase in downloads and a substantial 46% rise in ad impressions served, reaching 4.5 billion in 2025.
The platform also saw more than a 2.5-fold increase in the number of creators actively monetizing their content.
Libsyn Audience Network Expansion
In conjunction with this impressive financial performance, Libsyn has announced the broad availability of its Libsyn Audience Network. This new offering provides advertisers with a streamlined way to purchase ad placements across a wide array of Libsyn-hosted shows, further enhancing monetization opportunities for creators on the platform.
Libsyn is set to make its debut at SXSW next week, participating in Podcast Movement Evolutions and the iHeartPodcasts Hotel. The company is also a founding sponsor of Oxford Road’s Indie PaC Awards.
