Podcast hosting platform Captivate is set to launch a suite of new tools later this year, significantly enhancing its offerings for podcasters. The upcoming features include a saleable feed drop platform, an integrated ad marketplace called Captivate Ads and a new remote recording solution, Captivate Studio.
Monetization and Advertising
Captivate's forthcoming ad marketplace, Captivate Ads, is designed to scale alongside a podcast's audience. This feature will provide podcasters with access to advertising opportunities, including the DAX marketplace, offering new revenue streams.
The platform will also introduce a saleable feed drop platform, allowing creators to easily distribute content and potentially monetize through sponsored placements.
Enhanced Recording Capabilities
The new Captivate Studio aims to streamline the remote recording process for podcasters. This integrated tool will allow for the recording of up to seven participants simultaneously.
Furthermore, it will seamlessly connect with Captivate’s existing guest booking and interview management functionalities, simplifying the workflow for creators conducting remote interviews.
