PodcastVideos.com ("we," "us," or "our") offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") subject to these SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (the "Messaging Terms"). By opting into or participating in the Program, you agree to these Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. General & Opt-In
When you opt-in to the Program, we will send you a text message to confirm your signup.
By providing your phone number and opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing, promotional, and informational text messages from PodcastVideos.com. These messages may include, but are not limited to, customer feedback requests, audience input surveys, promotional offers, and marketing initiatives related to our podcast video production services.
Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up, or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message Frequency and Numbers
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and our active marketing or survey initiatives. PodcastVideos.com reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. We also reserve the right to change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender from which our messages are sent.
3. Cost, Rates, and Supported Carriers
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile wireless provider.
Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control. Wireless carriers and PodcastVideos.com are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Cancellation & Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe and stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any mobile message you receive from us, or click the unsubscribe link included in our messages (if provided).
After you text STOP or opt out, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to sign up again. If you choose to join the Program again, simply sign up as you did the first time.

6. Transfer of Mobile Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will opt-out of the Program by replying STOP from your original number, using the unsubscribe link provided, or notifying us of your number change by emailing info@podcastvideos.com. The duty to inform us of a number transfer is a required condition of using this service.
7. Data Usage & Privacy
We value your privacy. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent, opt-in data, and the text messages themselves will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Data collected through our occasional feedback surveys is used strictly to improve PodcastVideos.com services and better understand our audience's needs. 8. Changes to Messaging Terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Program following these changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
